Message from the Municipal Administrator
Dear Citizens,              
People of Bangladesh today are city-oriented for various reasons. Cities today have to bear the increasing pressure of millions of people. Urban life today has taken a chaotic and terrible shape due to the problem of location, traffic problems, unpaved roads, excess vehicles, irregular movement, overcrowding and traffic jam problems. Unplanned houses, shops, construction of roads, illegal parking and sidewalk occupation by hawkers. Worksop garages, vendors, are using the streets as their homes. All the roads that were allocated for the public are in the possession of the shopkeepers. 
Efforts are being made to overcome the above problems. If Bogra municipality can be converted into a city corporation, it is possible to change these terrible problems of the city. 
So, let's get involved in the trend of globalization of the 21st century and hold the democratic culture and democratic values through compassion, love and tolerance towards each other and collectively raise the demand to transform our Bogra municipality, which is known as the gateway to North Bengal, into a city corporation.
To this end, through our talent, knowledge, wisdom, honesty, fearlessness, sincerity and devotion, Bogra municipality from each place. The rationality, importance should be presented strongly in front of the nation.
We are making every effort to make Bogra a truly beautiful city, free from traffic jams, construction of planned industrial and residential areas, and a drug-free city.
That is why I am reaching out to you as your talent, wisdom and honest advice will be most appreciated and accepted. I pray to Almighty Allah for good health and peaceful life of the people of the city.
