Geographical location

 

Bogra Sadar Upazila is located at 9.5 degrees East to 5.5 degrees East Longitude and 20.22 degrees North to 28.5 degrees North Latitude. Bogra is one of the traditional ancient populations of north Bengal. Bogra is the capital of ancient Pund kingdom.

Nomenclature
