Duties

1. Activities related to ensuring vehicle management in law and order work.

2. Maintenance and control of district pool vehicles.

3. Maintenance of all furniture, machinery and equipment in the office, circuit house and bungalow office.

4. To take security, protocol, accommodation, assessment, tour schedule distribution activities on the occasion of the visit of the state protocol ie VVIP / VIPs and high level government officials.

5. Vehicle management related activities

6. National, state ceremonies and important celebrations and activities related to the appointment of guests at various meetings, seminars

7. Activities related to the issuance of summons and other processes by various wise courts.

8. Establishment activities / recruitment, transfer, promotion, pension, retirement, discipline etc.

9. Miscellaneous Branch Activities

10. Circuit House Management

11. Activities related to payment of salaries, allowances and various bills to the employees of the 4th grade
