All land acquisition activities.


Duties

Step 1: The document is submitted within 5 (three) days of receiving the land acquisition proposal by the prospecting agency.

Step 2: The feasibility of the land is assessed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) and the concerned Upazila Urban Officer. Within a maximum of 20 (twenty-one) days.

Step 3: Presented at a meeting of the District Land Allocation Committee within 7 (seven) days.

Step 4: After the approval of the committee, the acquisition case is created within 3 (three) days.

As per Article 1: 1, notice is given within 5 (seven) days of the creation of the case.

Seventy-five: In the three (three) days of the issuance of Section Notice, the joint investigation and search of the land is made and the video image of the proposed land is kept and stored.

Step 5: The notice is given against the acquisition program for the next 7 days after the issuance of section notice.

7th: If the objection is not granted, then the Deputy Commissioner approves the district until the Bigha. Documents were sent along with the commissioner. If Bigha is quoted, it is sent to the Ministry of Land for approval if there is any objection or not.

Step 6: Notice is given in Section 7 (7) days after final approval.

Option 1: Then the pre-estimation of the valuation of land, infrastructure and vegetation collection is initiated according to the rules, and the approved application by the Deputy Commissioner is forwarded to the prospecting agency.

Step 7: Within 5 days of receipt of the injunction, the expectant company is asked to withdraw the money or else it will be automatically canceled.

Step 8: Upon receipt of timely payments, Royadad is prepared to give notice to the landowner in accordance with Article 3.

Step 9: The possession of the land acquired by the District Administrator is transferred to the prospecting agency within 5 days of taking possession.

Step 10: Gazette of land acquired within 7 (seven) days after transfer of possession is transmitted.

Step 11: After the publication of the Gazette notice, the land acquired within 5 (seven) days along with the Assistant Commissioner (Land) for dismissal of the nominee submission along with the prospecting institution.

Step 12: After the termination of the nomination submission, the AA calculates the case and sends it to the District Record Room for case reservation.

Program for compensation of acquired land:

A) An application for compensation is sent to the concerned kanungo within 5 (one) days for verification verification. Kanungo will submit the report within a minimum of 7 (seven) days.

B) Compensation check is provided within the next 3 (one) days if the report submitted by Kanungo is approved.
