Details

Known as revenue Section or SA Section. The whole land management activities of the district are managed from this Section.


Citizen Service

1. Issue of lease / renewal of property dedicated to Bogra Sadar Upazila.

    On receipt of the application, through an investigation report.  Provide decision within 7 days of receipt of application

2. Issue of lease / renewal of the property devoted to the upazila. On receipt of the application, through an investigation report, Delivery of inquiry within 7 days of receipt of application and final decision within 5 days of receipt of inquiry report

3. Issue of lease / renovation of abandoned property of Bogra Sadar Upazila. On receipt of the application, through an investigation report. Provide decision within 7 days of receipt of application

4. Issue of lease / renovation of abandoned property in other upazilas. On receipt of the application, through an investigation report. Sent for investigation within 7 days of receiving the application. Provide final decision within 7 days of receipt of investigation report

5. Khas provided settlement of land. Offers subject to receipt. Within 5 days of receiving the proposal, send it to the approving authority

6. Approval of lease of abandoned / dedicated pond. Offers subject to receipt. Final decision within 5 days of receiving the proposal / sending it to the approving authority Offering fair auctions.By open auction. Delivery within 5 days of postal event

7. Provide leasehold / leasehold land. By tender notice. As determined by the notice

8. Complaints relating to possession of real estate. Following the decision of the District Committee. Decision making within 5 days of receipt of application

9. Complaint regarding Waqf / Debtor property. Within 5 days of receipt of application, decision making / dispatch of necessary activities Interior services

10. All work related to recruitment / promotion of all 3rd and 4th class employees under the revenue administration. Subject to receipt of government clearance. As determined by the notice

11. Transfer of all 3rd and 4th grade employees under the revenue administration, time scale, relaxation entertainment, surpassing capacity, LPR, pension and gratuity, advance / final withdrawal from GPF, joint venture / welfare fund, all work related to financing. Application / proposal is subject to receipt. Delivery of the decision within 5 days of receipt of application / sending it to the approving authority for necessary activities

12. Audit Disposal Resolution. Reply is subject to submission / reply. Referral to the higher authority within 7 days of receipt of objection / objection

13. Sending monthly / quarterly and timely report-return requests. Collecting information from the subordinate office: / ready forwarding

14. Construction / repair of upazila / union land office, inspection of repairs, inspection and supervision of construction work in accordance with inspection.

15. Inquiry regarding Waqf / Debtor property. By the Assistant Commissioner of Land. Sent for inquiry within 7 days of receipt of application and send to expectant agency within 7 days of receipt of inquiry report

16. All work related to land management In accordance with the rules.

4. Regarding old auction and tree auctions in public places.

5. Hot-market peripheral approval, licensing.

6. Jalmahal, Sairatmahal and Balumahal related leases.

7. With regard to Waqf and Debtor property.

8. Regarding information on securities and leasehold land.

9. Regarding the establishment and transfer of officers / employees under the revenue administration.
